Alexandros Tziotis was born in Athens in 1982, where he grew up as the youngest of 4 brothers.
He graduated from the Athens College high school and continued his studies at the American College of Greece, where he gained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Together with his studies, he started his professional career in a Communication Management Company, working as an Assistant Project Manager, where he earned valuable knowledge from the real business world.
Following his graduation from the American College of Greece, he attended the Swiss Hotel Management University in Switzerland, where he received his Master's degree in Hospitality and Events Management.
As soon as he returned to Greece he worked for the Grecotel and Classical Hotels as a Hotel Strategy Consultant, where he spent two creative years.
In 2006, Alexandros decided to become self-employed and together with his schoolmate from Switzerland and later on wife, Mando Mazi, he established Great Events, an event planning agency, with working cycle all around Greece and headquarters in Athens and Corfu, one of the first destination-oriented event planning agencies in Greece lasting to date.
Son of a Greek father and an Austrian mother he is a bilingual Greek and German speaker with English as his third language, a competency in French and an inherent need to travel and meet new people in every chance.
Today, having accumulated knowledge and experience both from the field of events and that of tourism, his two greatest professional passions, he decided with his valuable partner to combine them and invest in a pioneering new M.I.C.E. company, Growth, governed by a strong respect and trust in both of these two exciting international markets.
